Homecoming Dance (10.15.11)

Homecoming in North Carolina and homecoming in Texas are like the desert verses the ocean. In North Carolina, people don't care all that much about homecoming. It's just a thing to do on a Saturday night if you don't have plans. In Texas, homecoming is bigger than prom. People get limos and party buses, they spend hundreds of dollars on dresses, and the after parties are legendary. I am depressed that I never got to go to a Texas homecoming, so I tried to make this North Carolina homecoming the best it could be. I arrived with my friends Kennedy and Hannah. We met some other friends there. We danced. Then we left. We were so bored because it was pretty much all freshman who weren't dancing, so we decided to hit up McDonalds in our dresses and heels. After we ate we went to Harris Teeter and then called it a night. Nothing to amazing, but a night worth remembering.
We weren't comfortable in our heels so we changed into some more stylish shoes.
