I have noticed that since I haven't been babysitting or working since I came to college, I no longer have any spending money. I am very fortunate to have a dollar store biking distance from my dorm! I decided that saving up some money soley for spending on clothes and accessories and craft supplies would be a good idea. I saw this pin on Pinterest about saving every five dollar bill that you get, so when I moved in I started to put all of my fives into this cow piggy bank I got from my best friend's sister for Christmas last year. I've been at school for a month, and I've already saved almost $70 (that doesn't even include coins.)
I have also already decided what I want to spend my money on when I get enough.
I am in love with this Michael Kors Parker Chronograph Watch! I love the rose gold, and the tortoise band! It is so beautiful, but not something I would usually splurge so much money on. However, I think I would feel better about spending so much since it is money that I saved up for the sole reason of spending it. I still have quite a ways to go to get to $250, but I will eventually get there and this baby will be mine.
